Name: Vienna Skye
Age: 7

Education: Second-grader

Achievement: At 7, Vienna already has made a name for herself by releasing her first single,

"Who Am I?"

The song is getting played on radio stations and clubs around the United States as well as in Canada, Holland and other countries, according to her father. She goes by Vienna Skye on the single.

The beginning: Vienna's father runs a music and audio production company, Audio Assembey Productions, based in NJ. So it wasn't totally surprising that she would approach him last year and ask if she could do a song herself.
"It kind of started as a joke," He said.
But it snowballed from there. The father-daughter team worked for hours on the song and made two videos to accompany it.
The single was inspired by Avril Lavigne, the Canadian singer, but with electronic rhythms, her father said. The duo also made a dance club mix of "Who Am I?"

Vienna' song is currently available at her Web site, www.viennaskye.com, and at an online music retailer, www.cdbaby.com.

Airplay: Vienna's two videos have been picked by retail companies in the United Kingdom to play in their stores. Two hundred clubs in the United States are also playing her videos. Vienna said it was "fun and cool" to make the single and the videos.

She has received fan mail from all over the country and counts fans among her own peers at school, she said.
On performing: Vienna is a natural at music and has always loved to perform. She's been playing the piano since she was 3 years old and has taken ballet and gymnastics classes.

Vienna's parents have always surrounded her home with music. Her father makes his own music, and they went as far to name her 9-year-old brother, Morrissey, after the singer of the British band, the Smiths.

On mentors: Vienna thinks Lavigne is "cool" and counts her as one of her favorite musical artists. Gwen Stefani is also a personal favorite, but Vienna thinks her parents are the most important people in her life.
"They are good parents and they take good care of me," the young singer said.

On the future: Vienna really wants to become a successful singer in the pop world, but if her dreams don't pan out, she said she would like to be an artist. Drawing and painting are just some of her favorite activities.

Hobbies: Vienna likes to play with her dolls and ride her bike. She also enjoys swimming and the company of her pet guinea pig, Reese.

Family: Parents, Manny, and Donna, a homemaker; brother, Morrissey, 9.
